The problem with tossing around “White Privilege” as justification

This is a touchy subject, but I hate racism in all forms.
And I strongly believe that racism can— and IS— used against “white people.”

In America, yes, the institution of knowledge and culture is mainly European in origin and ancestry, and if you are to compare levels of success to “Caucasian ideals,” then yes. White influence is stronger in this country.

Ideals of beauty are “Caucasian” in origin, media is usually portrayed from a “white” perspective, “white” is considered normal.
In statistics, people of Caucasian decent are more likely to be hired.

Yes, this is all true.

However, using this to justify hate against any white person, despite whether or not they mean harm, is in itself, racist.

If we want to throw around statistics and claim “White people just don’t understand” and “should shut up” because statistics show that “white” people have higher chances of getting hired, then the SAME mentality can be used to “justify” that “Blacks and Mexicans are thieves.”

Do you see the racist mentality here?
To assume all white people are “privileged” because of the origins of our country or statistics “proving” their privilege, is to assume all people of color are under-privileged and desperate, crime-ridden degenerates.

Just because a majority may work this way (emphasis on “MAY”), it should never give us a RIGHT to judge, dismiss, or hate others.

Ideally, the point is to NOT look at race.
And to extradite white culture at large not only secludes minorities, it perpetuates the distinction and boundary of race.

Do I wish for America to stay the same?
No. But I never wish for minorities to throw the first stone and claim protection from “the white man.”

Being a minority does not put you above someone of Caucasian descent.
What you DO, YOUR ACTIONS, as a person, can put you above other people, regardless of race.
