Knowing whether or not you’re in love with someone is a really hard thing to pinpoint.
Love comes in many ways, romantic, platonic, sexual, and more.
And even among these kinds of love, there’s variation. The way you love your father platonically may not be the same way you love your mother platonically, and so on.

It’s not always about “knowing when you like someone,” it’s just knowing and understanding how you like them, how far your feelings go.
What you can imagine doing with them, what kind of love you want back from them.
And then finding out how comfortable they would be around you, what they’d want from you.

There is no easy answer, because it’s not an easy situation.
Relationships and how we interact with each other is, in itself, the thing that makes up our entire lives.

So what I’m telling you is:

it’s not about what your feelings “might be,” it’s about how you and your friend’s relationship is unique, and learning what does and doesn’t work for you two.

Why? There’s a lot that made me feel good. Usually by the end of the day I feel down, but not this time and it’s because of your blog. This is what religion should be like.

People should also remember that there’s a ton of shit going down in Nigeria right now (daily bombings by a single extremist group) so this is picture is really symbolic (and crucial) in settling some of tensions between their large Muslim and Christian populations…to coexist, not kill…

Religion.  The way it should be done. 

I hear news stories all the time about people of different religions attacking each other, from radical Islamic terrorists to radical Christians who think all Muslims are evil and that they shouldn’t be allowed to practice their religion at all. This sort of thing, though it brings to my attention a horrible reality that people are suffering, also gives me hope. People can still be civil, and help each other. It is something I think we forget.

The world still gives me hope sometimes! <3
